DIRETTORE OPERATIVO:

Riporta a: Amministratore Delegato
Sede: Firenze, con opzione per Milano

Obiettivo:
Il Direttore Operativo è parte della squadra di Supercar Capsule e contribuisce a realizzarne l’oggetto sociale, sia nei più alti obiettivi che negli affari correnti.
Nel suo ruolo specifico, è responsabile della gestione operativa dell’impresa, in stretta collaborazione con l’AD, organizzando risorse umane e finanziarie per il successo dell’attività.

Responsabilità:
• Stesura del Piano Finanziario;
• Formazione della Strategia Aziendale;
• Gestione del Budget Annuale;
• Reperimento di fondi
• Coordinamento Operativo delle sezioni Amministrativa, Commerciale e Tecnica;
• Coordinamento del Business Development;
• Gestione Risorse Umane;
• Formalizzazione Partnership Tecniche;
• Gestione dei Subappalti per gli affari non-tecnici;
• Contrattualistica e Affari Legali;
• Marchi e brevetti;
• Impegno costante e continuo al miglioramento dell’organizzazione della società.

Requisiti:
• Spiccata attitudine manageriale, passione per il design, senso della sfida;
• La laurea magistrale e’ fortemente apprezzata cosi come la formazione di ingegneria (non necessariamente accademica);
• Abilita di Coaching e di gestione della complessità;
• Esperienza pluriennale in ambito manageriale;
• Disponibilità a viaggiare;
• Fluente in lingua inglese.

SALES MANAGER

Role: Sales Manager
Job area: Commercial
Reports to: President
Area: Worldwide
Seat: TBD among Milan, Florence and Dubai

Mission:
The Sales Manager is part of the Supercar Capsule Team and contributes to realize the Company’s Mission and business objectives.
SM’s specific role is customer acquisition and revenue accomplishment while helping the company to keep competitive and innovative.
SM will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying such plans to the management.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
• Design and implement a strategic Sales Plan that builds up the company’s customer base and ensure a stable presence in the market niche;
• Recruit sales representatives set their objectives, coach them and monitor their performance;
• Help the Company to build a strong and long-lasting customer relationship;
• Identify market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
• Be of inspiration to the Creative Team regarding clients’ feedback and expectations.

Requirements:
• Sharp business mindset, passion in design, eagerness on the challenge;
• Experience as a sales representative, with a proven history of targets exceeding;
• Degree in business administration, or a related field, would be a plus;
• Experience in the hi-end segment, with knowledge of the luxury cars industry;
• Committed to continuous education through internal activity and external workshops;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

Requirements (follows):
• Commitment to travel;
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills;
• Fluent in English, Italian is highly appreciated, other languages would be a plus.
